HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The General Management of Advanced Dispersed Particles S.L. (ADParticles) considers it a fundamental principle to work in a safe and healthy manner. It values the health of its employees so that it does not affect the work they carry out and, thus, have a negative impact on the final product and the service that the company offers to its customers with so much care. Therefore, it is a fundamental pillar the care of the personnel that form the ADParticles team.
The control of all activities is supported by the Integrated Management System which contains procedures, policies, instructions and training to ensure that both, ADParticles’ employees and its customers, comply with the legal regulations applicable to the operations carried out. Furthermore, meeting corporate health and safety values is essential.

The commitment to the care and protection of ADParticles team is based on the following fundamentals:

General Management encourages all employees to report incidents and feel free to suggest improvements.
3. Continuous Improvement
ADParticles’ commitment to continuous improvement relies on employees providing suggestions related to safety in their respective workplaces, products, or the technologies used to manufacture them.
4. Standards led by General Management
All activities must be carried out in accordance with health and safety standards, which are led by senior management. They must ensure the implementation and amendment of this policy through their own actions and a proactive approach to health and safety, in order to prevent any incidents.
5. Internal audits and continuous reviews
Internal audits and verification reviews are carried out to verify compliance with the applicable legal requirements set out in the Integrated Quality Management System.
