EQUALITY POLICY

Advanced Dispersed Particles S.L. (ADParticles) declares its commitment to establishing and developing policies that promote equal treatment and opportunities for women and men without direct or indirect discrimination based on sex. The company also pledges to implement and promote measures to achieve real equality within its organization. We are thus establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of our corporate and human resources policy, in accordance with the definition of this principle established by Organic Law 3/2007 of March 22 for the effective equality of women and men.

POLITICA IGUALDAD

The commitment to ensure equality between women and men is based on the following fundamentals:

1. Equal opportunities

En todos y cada uno de los ámbitos en que se desarrolla la actividad de esta empresa asumimos el principio de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres; desde la selección, promoción, política salarial, formación, condiciones de trabajo y empleo, salud laboral, ordenación del tiempo de trabajo, hasta la conciliación.

2. Communication of equality policies

All decisions regarding internal and external communication will be reported, and the company’s image will be projected in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities for women and men.

3. Implementation of measures

The aforementioned principles will be put into practice through the promotion of equality measures that represent improvements with respect to the present situation, with the corresponding follow-up systems, with the aim of advancing in the achievement of real equality between women and men in the company and, by extension, in society as a whole.

4. Legal representation

To this end, the legal representation of male and female workers will be involved in the collective bargaining process, as established in Organic Law 3/2007 for effective equality between men and women.

5. Ongoing evaluation

Continuous evaluation throughout the process of planning, communication and implementation of the measures within the equality policy.
